Greek Salad
Feta cheese, kalamata olives, cucumbers, red cabbage, green pepper, and tomato on a bed of romaine lettuce with our house dressing (olive oil and vinegar).
How it is made
The Greek salad at Darband is built on romaine, red cabbage, cucumber, green pepper and tomato, with feta and kalamata olives over the top and the house dressing of olive oil and vinegar.
It is the salad to order beside a kabob plate when the rice is saffron and the meat is rich; the vinegar cuts through.
The Darband Salad, No. 26, is the same bowl with walnuts, raisins and dates added.
