The salad from Shiraz · No. 20 · Salads
Shirazi
A combination of fresh chopped cucumbers, tomato, onions, parsley and our delicious house dressing (olive oil and fresh lemon juice).
How it is made
Cucumber, tomato and onion cut into small dice, the same size so every forkful is all three, dressed with olive oil, fresh lemon and dried mint. It is named for the city of Shiraz and it is on every Persian table.
Order it beside anything from the grill. The lemon cuts the richness of the meat and the saffron rice.
